Cardinal dressage saddles are based in Walsall, England and are members of the Society of Master Saddlers and Guild of Master Craftsmen. Cardanel have been making saddles for many years and can make any saddle to your individual requirements.

Cardanel offer some innovative saddle features such as adjustable stirrup bars on their dressage saddles, and the 'Versatile' saddle, a "3 in 1" saddle which gives riders the option of 3 flap positions, for jumping, all purpose and dressage combined with adjustable stirrup bars, 8 girth straps and air-cushioned pads. All Cardinal saddles can be manufactured in a wide range of leathers including schrumpff, calf, buffalo and grained or ungrained leather.

As of April 2009 Cardanel are now able to offer the Flair Air Bag System to their saddles. The Flair Air Bag System provides as soft, flexible bearing surface to any saddle and are a real alternative to conventional flocking.
